Why is it numbers of leads is not the same with the numbers of participants?

On your Dashboard, for example, it shows 4 participants and 9 leads, the campaign you set up for example sweepstakes, there are 4 participants and total 9 who connects to your lead page, the total leads is not related to the total of participants. The person who likes or comments to your post is counted as participants, and the total number of visits to your lead page is counted as the one on the total leads which is why it's 9.
